Every student gets a Play Pass Card to spend on the attractions they want — Dinosaur Falls Mini Golf, Bumper Cars, Go-Karts, Arcade, Bumper Boats, Ropes Courses & Rock Wall, and Paintball. Three tiers, priced per person: $18 card ($12/person, a $6 savings), $22 card ($15/person, a $7 savings), and $26 card ($18/person, an $8 savings — Best Deal, most choice). Minimum 10 students.

Fill out the Field Trip Request Form or the contact form on the landing page with your preferred date, group size, and Play Pass tier, and we’ll build a full quote and walk you through booking. You can cancel or reschedule your field trip up to 5 business days before your date at no charge. Because we staff every trip, changes inside that window may carry a rescheduling fee. (Weather is the exception — see below.) Reconfirm current policy before booking.

A few attractions do: go-karts (58″ to drive, 40″ minimum as a passenger), Spin Zone bumper cars and the Rock Climb Wall (36″ minimum), and the Lower Ropes Course (50″ reach, under 6′). Paintball offers a low-impact mode for ages 5 and up. Check the current guide at gatormikes.com before your visit so you know ahead of time which options work for your group.

Yes — the optional Snack Pack is $8/person (2 Mellow Mushroom pizza slices + a 20oz. soft drink), or go Snack Pack Plus for $10/person to add a Dino Scoops scoop too. Both are available on-site at Mellow Mushroom, right next door.

A set of return-trip vouchers so the fun continues with their families — the same value as our Over-The-Top birthday tier: 2 free mini golf rounds, 20% off Dino Scoops, and 10% off Mellow Mushroom. One set per student, valid on a future family visit, expires six months from the trip date, not combinable with other offers.

To book a field trip at Play Pass Card pricing, you’ll need to meet the base price for a minimum of 10 students. If your group is smaller, call or email us — we’re happy to talk through options that fit.

We recommend at least 1 chaperone per 10 students for supervision, and every chaperone who comes gets in free (code SCHOOL-CHAP). Your teachers and chaperones supervise the group; our staff runs the attractions.

Yes — all participants in activities must sign the Gator Mike’s Fun Park waiver. Teachers can add students as guardians ahead of time, or send the waiver link to families in advance to save a step at check-in.

Our events team will greet your group a few minutes before your start time to get everyone settled, then run the day — activities, timing, and the return-trip voucher handoff — so your chaperones can focus on the kids.

Our staff runs the attractions — setting up, keeping things moving, and handling the logistics. Supervising the students remains the responsibility of the attending teachers and chaperones. It’s a team effort: we run the fun, you keep an eye on the crew.

Gator Mike’s rarely closes for weather, and several attractions stay open regardless. If the forecast is questionable ahead of your date, give us a call to talk through your plans.

Just let us know when you book. If your group adds the Snack Pack or Snack Pack Plus, vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options are available on request.
