Minimum 10 guests. Every birthday child gets a $25 return play pass, and the booking parent receives an envelope of three cross-brand return coupons to give to guests. Height and age apply to some rides — go-karts require a 58″ minimum to drive, so any guest who doesn’t meet it can swap their go-kart for wall climbing, the lower ropes course, or bumper cars (full requirements below). Booking closes 6 days out.

  • Rock Climb Wall: 36″ minimum height.

Book and pay for your party package right here on our website. Choose your package, pick your date, and you’re set. Booking closes 6 days before the party date, and weekend slots fill fast — especially in summer — so reserve early. Questions first? Email pr@gatormikes.com.

You can cancel your party up to 48 hours before your planned date. Because we staff every party, a $50 fee is deducted from any refund due. (Weather is the exception — see below.)

Every birthday guest of honor goes home with a $25 play pass for a return visit — because the fun shouldn’t stop when the party ends.

Yes! As the booking parent, you’ll receive an envelope of three cross-brand return coupons per guest to hand out — a free return round of mini golf at Gator Mike’s, plus discounts at Dino Scoops and Mellow Mushroom. Coupons expire six months from the party date; one set per child, valid on a future visit, not combinable with other offers.

To reserve indoor party-table space, you’ll need to meet the base price for a minimum of 10 people. If you know you’ll have fewer than ten, you may prefer to simply pay our regular rates and skip the party reservation — table space is almost never an issue, so you’re welcome to show up and “do your own thing.”

Yes — and we’ll even keep it in our fridge for you until it’s time.

No outside food or beverage, please — pizza and drinks are included in every package, and we provide the paper goods. Want more for the grown-ups? During the party, adults can order from Mellow Mushroom, Dino Scoops, or the snack bar at 10% off.

Absolutely — add a scoop of Dino Scoops ice cream for any child for $2.50 per scoop.

Feel free to bring tabletop decorations and balloons. Wall decorations aren’t permitted.

Yes — all participants in activities must sign the Gator Mike’s Fun Park waiver. The booking parent can add guests as a guardian, or send the waiver link to guests’ parents ahead of time to save a step at check-in.

Your dedicated party host will greet you about 10 minutes before your start time to get you settled, then run the whole party — games, food, and cleanup — so you can actually enjoy the day.

Your dedicated party host is there to run the party — setting up, keeping activities moving, serving food, and handling cleanup. Supervising the children and making sure they behave remains the responsibility of the attending parents and adults. It’s a team effort: we run the fun, you keep an eye on the crew.

You’re under no obligation to come, reschedule, or pay if the weather doesn’t permit the party. If the forecast is questionable, we’d appreciate a call with your plans. Gator Mike’s rarely closes for weather, and some attractions stay open regardless.

Just let us know when you book. Pizza and soda come with every package, and additional Mellow Mushroom menu items are available so guests with different tastes and needs have options.
